Lilia was appointed as director on November 15th, 2016 to take the place of Director Patricia Rasmssen and has since been voted into office for times.  She has  reputation of being an  excellent phlebotomist. She is ver personable, shows wisdom in her dicisions and add to importatnt healthy debates.
