Shirley Engebretsen District Adviser
The current District Adviser is Shirley Engebretsen. She has been working for Corning Healthcare District since 2005. She has a Masters degree in the Philisophy of Christian Counseling and a Ph. D. in the Philosophy of Christian Psychology.
